The new limited series continues its reign atop the Netflix charts

Julia Garner, the star who stole the stage from an acclaimed series Ozark, finally had a chance to take Netflix stardom for itself with the launch of a limited series titled Invent Anna. Garner stars in the series as the titular character, who creates a fake life in order to fool New York’s elite. As The Queen’s Bet Last year, Invent Anna turns out to be the kind of limited drama series that captures the attention of Netflix subscribers.

After debuting on Netflix the penultimate week, Invent Anna quickly rose to the top of the streamer’s rotating Top 10 list. Newer shows tend to do this, only to get knocked out after a few days by even newer originals. It didn’t happen with Invent Anna for now, despite a few Netflix Originals premiering last week.

Friday saw the arrival of The Cuphead Showthe second season of space forceand a brand new Chainsaw Massacre movie. The week brought a lot of competition for Invent Anna, but the series hasn’t lost its place at the top of Netflix’s daily rankings. From Sunday, Invent Anna is still the best title on the entire streaming service.
