FLORIDA KEYS – The Florida Keys are set to feature on the new recreational dive show, “Destination Dive,” which premieres Sunday, Sept. 4 at 7:30 a.m. ET/PT.

With a focus on conservation, protection and activism, “Destination Dive” is about taking viewers on thrilling adventures as unique as the Florida Keys island chain it covers.

“The Keys are teeming with incredible diving, marine life, and people who are passionate about protecting the oceans,” said Mike Zimmer, the show’s executive producer. “‘Destination Dive’ shares their stories in a unique and compelling way.”

Among other topics, the first segments of the episode cover coral restoration, family diving, and the Florida Keys Wreck Trek.

“Our audience will be captivated by these stories, these people and the visual beauty in which we transport them,” said Captain Eric Billips, show host and Florida Keys dive operator. “Spending time with these amazing people is not only fun, but also truly inspiring.”

“Destination Dive” returns in 2023 with five new shows, all hailing from the Florida Keys. For a preview, visit the show’s website, destinationdive.tv.
