An Apex Legends staff member has publicly teased the existence of an Apex Legends TV show that may be in the works.

Riot Games’ success with its television adaptation, Arcane, hasn’t gone unnoticed. Longtime fans and those stuck on the periphery of the company’s IP, League of Legends, were drawn to the narrative. This has led those interested in other popular online titles to wonder if their favorite game will be next to receive the same treatment.

According to Tim Lewinson, producer of Apex Legends, there may be!

jay (@Jehadyel), a freelance media editor currently working with Exolved Esports, released their version of an Arcane-style intro sequence in which the property was replaced by Apex Legends on December 27, 2021.

It got quite a bit of attention from Apex fans, including Lewinson, who retweeted the trailer. via his official Twitter account about three days later. While he hasn’t exactly confirmed there is an Apex Legends show, his tweet did mention rumors about it.

“I have…conversations to follow in January,” he wrote.

Fans were quick to catch on, responding to the tweet with excitement about an upcoming Apex TV show. As of this writing, however, Lewinson hasn’t been following fans or tweeting about it. That doesn’t mean there’s nothing going on behind the scenes, of course. It’s still early in the month.

More information about a potential show could be waiting backstage.
