QSR announces series of virtual events, Restaurantology

Food News Media, editor of QSR and RSF magazines, is pleased to announce a new virtual program in partnership with Savory Fund: Restaurantology. Restaurantology is a five-day virtual conference that we will be hosting both on QSRFast forward podcast feed and through an online video experience, and it is designed to educate emerging restaurateurs on how they can overcome the challenges of the pandemic, prepare for smarter expansion and greater profitability, and navigate the search for investment partners who can serve as support. along the way.

Savory Fund was launched earlier this year by investment firm Mercato Partners, and was created to invest in promising and promising restaurant concepts, and then to endow them with the resources they need to grow and become more profitable. .
