Of the title, Blum said, “It was an absolute pleasure working with Alberto and exploring the Marvel Universe through the digital eyes of the Spider-Bots. Being a longtime Spider-Man fan and father of two kids, I jumped at the chance to create stories for all ages, both for longtime Marvel zombies and for new readers ready to launch their first web! “

Alburquerque added, “It’s a great experience working on this project in all its aspects. It allows me to experiment with a new format, gives me the chance to work with Jordan, and it’s the opportunity to draw some of the characters. I always wanted to draw. I hope the readers are as surprised and entertained as I am with each issue! “

Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, Spider-Man first appeared in the 1962s Amazing fantasy # 15. At launch, available titles included series such as X-Men unlimited, Captain America and Black Widow.
