John McGivern’s Main Streets TV Show Kalamazoo Episode Airs April 17 | WKZO | All Kalamazoo


KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The city of Kalamazoo will be featured in a new half-hour television show called John McGivern’s Main Streets which will air Sunday morning, April 17 on CW7 at 10:30 a.m.

The show is helmed by five-time Emmy Award-winning actor, comedian and now TV host John McGivern, who chose Kalamazoo to star in the first season of the destination travel show which will spotlight 13 Midwestern cities in six different states.

Each episode will feature interviews with local entrepreneurs and civic leaders while learning about the uniqueness and charm of each community. And Kalamazoo has the honor of being chosen as one of only two locations in Michigan this year for the show.

The episode featuring Kalamazoo will cover the area’s history, major landmarks and attractions, and highlight several local businesses and entrepreneurs who have shaped the community.
